What happens if my ticket expires?

In Qbi, tickets have a life cycle:
1) They get created. [OPEN TICKET]
2) They are called. [WAITING TICKET]
3) They get served. [SERVING TICKET]
4) They get closed. [EXPIRED TICKET]

If, in the mobile app, you notice that your ticket was expired it means that:
1) It completed the Qbi tickets' life cycle.
2) Or, that the ticket was called and the client or the guest never arrived to the calling station.

In either of these events, for which your ticket resulted in being expired:
1) You will need to take another ticket if you wish to be served again.
2) Or, you may close the app if you received your selected service.
